If this happens, you will receive a full refund for the service – however, shipping costs are not refundable. The customer assumes full responsibility for the shipment while in transit. We do not accept liability for lost or damaged packages. Only original, unopened ECUs are accepted. Previously opened, tampered with, or modified ECUs will not be processed under any circumstances.
